Hi folks

My name is Jamie and I’ve been professionally taking photographs since 2013.

Music has been a passion of mine for the best part of my life, as I’m sure it has been for many of you. I can always be found in a band t-shirt and hanging about at shows up and down the UK, but mainly in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. I attempted playing in bands as a teenager, but the dream of rocking a stage fizzled out almost as quickly as it began.

Throughout this, I always wanted to give back to those that had instilled such a passion in my heart. So when I picked up a camera in 2011-2012, it was only a matter of time before some friends in a band asked me if I’d bring my camera along to their show in exchange for some beer tokens and a free ride home.

As time progressed and my skills developed, I found myself in an opportunity to work with a wide range of artists on both the local and international level, which led me to become the seasoned professional I am today.

Not being one to shy away from a challenge, I quickly found myself adapting to meet my clients needs. I’ve branched out into other areas such as promo work, behind the scenes documentary, professional wrestling and some some shoots that are best left unmentioned.

From dive bar to arena to festival, on or off the stage, from photo pit to mosh pit to ringside, my drive is to create a set of inspiring and detailed images that captures “that moment” and stands the test of time.
